2-hour personal consultation
On-site visit and joint inspection of the property
Every property and plot has its own atmosphere, which can only be experienced in person, on-site. Likewise, hidden defects and shortcomings can only be discovered during a personal inspection. For this reason, the consultation begins with a joint on-site visit of the property you would like to renovate or purchase.
After the visit, we evaluate the property’s potential as well as its advantages and disadvantages.
In-depth assessment of your needs and ideas
Before the consultation, I will send you a preliminary questionnaire to help assess your exact needs and expectations.
During the consultation, we analyze your answers, discuss your current and planned lifestyle (family situation, children, social life), as well as your expectations and ideas regarding your home (size, number of rooms, technical aspects, style, appearance, and connection to the garden).
Assessment of your possibilities
In addition to your needs, we also examine your possibilities: your budget and time schedule. It is important to have realistic expectations about what solutions are actually feasible for your new home based on both your needs and your possibilities.

If the goal is the renovation or transformation of an existing property, the consultation will take place at that property.
If you are still before purchasing a property or plot, we will visit the selected location together. After that, the consultation continues at a nearby quiet place, typically a calm café.
How long does the personal consultation last?
The consultation typically lasts 2 hours. This is the amount of time needed to thoroughly assess your needs, ideas, and possibilities, and then discuss personalized ideas and recommendations tailored to your life situation.
Do I need to prepare for the personal consultation?
Absolutely. Since this is about your home, the consultation requires preparation on your part as well. After applying, I will send you a preliminary questionnaire that must be completed in advance. This serves two purposes: it helps you gain clarity about the key aspects of renovation, property purchase, or land purchase, and it allows me to prepare personalized ideas and recommendations for you.

How much does the personal consultation cost and what does the fee include?
The base fee for the personal consultation is 69,000 HUF. If the property is located outside Pest County, the base fee is supplemented by travel costs.
The fee includes the preliminary questionnaire and its evaluation, the on-site property visit, the 2-hour personal consultation, a written summary of the discussed ideas and recommendations, as well as hand-drawn sketches and explanatory diagrams.
